Born March 10, 1963, and raised in Pasadena, California, Godard later put down roots in Las Vegas, Nevada, where his career and reputation took shape. His formal education includes time at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena and at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. "Testing The Waters" reworks his cocktail-character formula with a twist: two green apple-slice characters take the place of his usual olives, one perched on the glass rim and the other cautiously stepping into the drink below.
