About Michael Godard

Michael Godard, born in 1963, is a Las Vegas painter who drummed in bands before art and is nicknamed the "Rockstar of the Art World." Though he is best known for personified olives and martinis, Alaskan Eagle shows how far his subject range reaches, folding fishing and wildlife scenes together with his signature cast so both worlds share one canvas. Godard lost his daughter Paige to cancer and supports children's cancer charities, including St. Jude.
