About Michael Godard
"Party With A Purpose" is a champagne-and-strawberry composition, where his personified strawberry characters take center stage against a bold background. From that foundation he has expanded into a long list of recurring bodies of work, including his Flower Series, a Frog Triptych, a Safari Series, a Tour of Europe Series, a series of Masters parodies that riff on art-history figures, and named collections such as "Keys of Grey," "Key of G," "Keys to Wine," "Party Like a Rock Star," and "Seven Deadly Zins."
