About Michael Godard
Michael Godard was born on March 10, 1963, and raised in Pasadena, California, before eventually settling in Las Vegas. He studied at the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena and later at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, training that grounded his loose, satirical style in genuine technical skill. Long before galleries took notice, Godard spent years as a professional drummer in Las Vegas bands, a career he kept going until close to age thirty while also working in architectural drafting and commercial illustration to pay the bills.
