About Michael Godard
Godard was born on March 10, 1963, and grew up in Pasadena, California, before eventually settling in Las Vegas, Nevada, the city most associated with his career. He studied at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena and later at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. "Totally Corked" is a wine-themed composition built around his personified grape characters, and the grapes carry the same comic energy as his martini olives. It belongs to a career that began far from any gallery.
