Buy Paradise by Michael Godard, a limited edition canvas giclée available in the Mural edition.
Paradise belongs to Michael Godard's kitchen and dining room art catalog, rendered in the saturated color and theatrical exaggeration that has defined his work since he began painting personified characters in the 1990s.
This piece speaks to fans of kitchen and dining room art, grape and cork themed decor, and Godard's wider grape and cork themed catalog.
"Most of the drama in our lives comes from friends or family, so if we could just get away to a deserted island paradise… life would be perfect. Elly would be reading magazines and I would be in the ocean with my rubber ducky." ~ Michael Godard
This is a gallery wrapped canvas.

About Michael Godard
"Paradise" moves Michael Godard’s grape and wine imagery out of the bar and into open water, setting personified grape characters against an ocean backdrop rather than his more familiar black stage-lit setting. It is one of several pieces in which Godard has adapted his signature cast of characters to a natural setting, a reminder that his style was always built to travel well beyond cocktail glasses and martini olives.
