About Michael Godard
"Aqua Dragonfly" belongs to the nature side of Michael Godard's catalog, a body of work that gets less attention than his cocktail and casino paintings but has been part of his output for just as long. Dragonflies, butterflies, and other small creatures appear across a number of his pieces, rendered with the same bold outlines and rich color saturation he brings to any subject, proof that his visual style was never really about olives specifically.
